NEW YORK - Two men were arrested by New York State Police a mile from the gas station that they robbed after they ran out of gasoline.
29-year old Lonnie Meckwood and 51-year old Phillip Weeks, both from northeastern Pennsylvania, were charged with first-degree robbery and are being held at the Broome County Jail without bail.

RIVERSIDE - A Southern California man suspected of driving under the influence was arrested by police after his car flipped causing him and his two young children to be ejected.
